Some of the activities for this type of package include:

  •    Snow-machine ride

  •  Traditional food preparation

  •  Taste traditional prepared foods of the Cree native people

  •  Shopping at local native craft stores

  • Traditional games

  • Tour of trap-line

  • Snow shoe hike

  •  Observe traditional harvesting techniques

  • Observe traditional ice fishing

  •  Photograph nature (caribou, Canada Jays, foxes, etc)

  •  Sleep underneath the stars in Cree teepees

  • Observe the Aurora – borealis (northern lights)

  • Cree history and legends

  •  Experience the Cree way of life at it purest

  • Traditional medicines

    The rates for this package are as follows:

     

  •  Duration 6 days

  •  Persons per group: minimum 4 – maximum 16

  •  Rate $ 2,800.00 cdn + tax per person
     

These packages consist of:

  •  Lodging

  •  3 meals per day

  •  Cree native guide

  •  Transportation in community

  •  Hospitality evening with Cree host

  •  Picnic lunches

  •  Camping equipment

  •  Emergency equipment

  •  Snow shoe rental


What is not included in these packages:

  •  Train fare

  •  Air fare

  • Taxes

  • Proper clothing (Parkas, snow- boots, ski-pants, etc)
